　また、増大、多様化する行政需要に対応するため、健 全財政の維持と計画的行政の運営に努めるとともに、市 議会との連携のもと市民と行政が一体となったまちづく りを推進しています。

　Our City, as the prefectural capital, has resolved anew on the establishment of better and smoother communication with our citizens and municipal development to create a more beautiful and vibrant Fukushima.

　In order to meet the increasing and variegated demands on the city government, we are trying to keep up sound finance and to carry out a systematic and efficient administration. Citizens and the administrative authorities are making concerted efforts, in close cooperation with the city assembly to develop a desirable city life.
