WE NURTURE CULTURE WITH PEOPLE FULL OF HUMANITY AND FERTILE CREATIVITY

We bring up people full of humanity and fertile creativity and establish a marked individuality of regional culture. We also employ talented people who can shoulder the nucleus of our community in the years to come, and concurrently promote the cultural exchange through communications with the world outside our town.

We plan and carry out maintenance and control on the high level of educational facilities, aim for the mentally and physically sound talented people with warm personalities, who can carry the future generation on their shoulders, improve our environment, and perfect the contents of education.

We plan to elevate the cultural sense of townspeople by promoting their cultural activities and environmental improvement of regional culture, and the continued creation of culture that can be owned by them jointly so that we may establish the administration of culture successfully.

We tackle international exchange aggressively to improve our town and educate our townspeople, aiming for improved international sense and understanding on the part of our townspeople, and at the same time, we promote exchange with people jointly in other areas.
