WE PROMOT ADMINISTRATIVE AND FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT THAT IS SYSTEMATICALLY PLANNED AND DISCLOSED TO TOWNSPEOPLE

Townspeople, enterprises, private groups, and the municipal management have all jointed hands and are engaged in developing a flexible and open administrative system in the area that fits the slogan "the garden city that creates a rich life and culture" advocated by Okuma Town.

We accurately grasp the social situation and administrative service needs in the life of the townspeople, develop a systematically planned overall as well as traversing administration based on a comprehensive promotion program, and simultaneously reinforce our ties with adjoining towns and villages over the boundary of our administrative area, and promote our administration in a wide area.

We assist positively the communal activities of the area in one body, try to stimulate townspeople's desire to take part in the municipal administration, provide administrative information vigorously through publicity and public hearings, try to create opportunities to participate in the administration, and plan to develop administrative measures closely attached to the area.
