観光と物産
温暖な気候に恵まれた大熊町は、春は日隠山の山登り、夏は熊川の海水浴場と、毎年大勢の人が訪れています。
また、熊川の鮭漁は、肉質の良い銀鮭のふ化に力を入れています。毎年10月上旬〜11月下旬には、鮭漁を見物に訪れる家族運れや観光客で賑わいを見せます。
豊かな自然に恵まれた大熊町の特産品として、梨、キウイフルーツ、そしてワインなどがあり、多くの方々に喜ばれています。

Okuma Town draws many visitors every year, being blessed with a warm climate. They come to climb Mt. Hikage in spring and to swim at the beach of Kumagawa in summer.
Besides, the salmon fishery at Kumagawa is putting a great deal of effort into the incubation of silver salmon to obtain high-quality fish meat.
Many groups of family parties and tourists come to watch salmon fishing every year from early in October to late in November. They really enliven Okuma Town.
We have pears, kiwi fruit, and wines as the specialties of Okuma Town that is blessed with abundant natural resources. These will certainly satisfy all the insatiable gourmets.
