We are ready to meet any demand from villagers.

Shirasawa is developing itself for the 21 century with its goal "natural beauty and hopeful future". While providing services to answer individual needs that change year by year, administrative services are provided more efficiently thanks to the introduction of the office automation equipment.
The village assembly functions as a decision-making institution in order to reflect people's opinions in policies. Eighteen elected members are in charge of decision makings at regular meetings and extraordinary sessions.

VOICE　ちょっと一言 共に取り組む村づくりを 鈴木 洋子さん(白岩字寺内) 　専業農家を営んでいます。ウチで作ったリンゴは、甘くてみずみずしくて、ホント美味しいですよ。農家にとっては厳しい時代ですが、これからも頑張りたい。また、村の農業が発展するような施策も大いに期待しています。村民と行政と一緒になって取り組んでいきたいですね。
