March 1960 The school anthem was enacted.

昭和43年1月新校舎第二期工事完成。引受式

January 1968 The new school house was completed,and a ceremony was held.

December 1968 The school flag was established.

昭和48年4月文部省指定公立小中学校児童生徒健康増進特別事業

April 1973 The special health improvement plan to public elementary school and juniorhigh school students by the　Ministry of Education.

昭和52年4月文部省指定道徳教育協同推進校

April　1977 It was specified as the moral education joint research promotion school by theMinistry of Education.

昭和53年4月1日町政施行され、河東町立河東第一小学校と改称

April 1st,1978 The Kawahigashi-village first elementary school was renamed as theKawahigashi first elementary school by the town administration execution.

昭和54年4月町指定道徳教育研究校

April 1979 The school was designated as the town moral educatin research school

昭和55年4月町立幼稚園校地内に新設開園。再会の森校舎北側に移転

April 1980 The new school was opened at the site of the Kawhigashi-town kindergarten.The school house called "the forest of reunion"moved to the north side.

昭和61年8月5日「昭和61年度学校保健優良校」受賞

August 5th,1986 It was awarded the prize of "1986 school preservation of health excellentschool".

昭和62年10月14日校章・校名・銘板設置

October 14th,1987 The school badge,the school name and the sign board were installed.

昭和62年11月9日「ソニー教育資金」優良校受賞

November 9th,1987 It was awarded the excellent school prize of "Sony Education Fund".

平成3年4月17日完全給食開始

April 17th,1991 The school lunch was perfectly started.

平成3年11月資金獲得事業により、児童用椅子(学習室用)20脚寄贈、町教育委員会より感謝状を受ける。

November1991 Twenty school chairs for children (for a study room)were donated from theobtained fund and it received a gratitude letter from the Kawahigashi-town theBoard of Education.

平成4年4月「福島県小・中学校教育ネットワークプラン事業」推進地区としての指定を受ける。

April 1992 It received a desig nationas the promotion area of "Fukushima Prefectureelementary schools and junior high schools education network plan".

平成5年4月21日創立120周年記念式典開催

April 21st,1992 The one hundred-twentieth Kawahigashi first elementary school establishmentanniversary ceremony was held.

平成5年9月21日交通安全教育活動推進校として東北管区警察局長より表彰される。

September 21st,1992 It was awarded from the northeastern province police commissioner as thetraffic safe education activity promotion school.

平成6年10月31日福島県教育委員会指定小・中学校教育ネットワークプラン事業公開研究発表会開催
